The Liberty County Resale administrators are as diligent as possible in reviewing all ads posted here to ensure they comply with these Terms and Conditions and that listed items do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties. If you are a rights owner and see any listings offering infringing items, please use the “Report” button on each individual listing or contact us immediately to request that such items be removed.

You are also allowed to post photos with your ad. Please limit your photos to 3 or less. If you feel it necessary to provide potential buyers additional photos, please do so by email. Photos are required to be less than 1 MB in size to be uploaded and are automatically resized on this site.

The following items are prohibited by Liberty County Resale from being listed here:

• Non-local items. If you can’t easily meet the person locally to conduct the transaction, the ad is best placed on other venues.
• Any complaints about sellers, buyers or non-item posts. Those should not be resolved publicly.
• Fraudulent listings.
• Counterfeit goods.
• Pornography, including magazines and videos. This is a family and community website and we do not monitor use of this site by minors.
• Dog breeders. Please limit any pet postings to adoptions and rehoming fees. Any other sales should be a paid ad through our Advertising section.
• Unlicensed childcare providers are not permitted to post their services. Licensed childcare providers should list their services in the Advertising section through a paid ad. If you are a non-profit organization, such as a church, offering Mother’s Day Out activities, please take advantage of our free ads for non-profit and community businesses.
• Firearms.
• Stolen items.
• Reselling any government issued items such as items obtained through WIC and food stamps, and items obtained from a charity organization that prohibits their resale, such as MREs.
• Pharmaceuticals and prescription medication of any kind.
• Personal ads.  There are other sites that are set up for online dating and are best pursued there.
• Sexual services of any kind.

Liberty County Resale makes every attempt to ensure that all information is as accurate as possible. Any posts that contain malware or viruses will be removed, your IP blocked and your ISP notified.
